Jon M. Breakey, PT, DPT

Jon Breakey opened North Carroll Physical Therapy in 1985 after work experiences in private practice, inpatient acute care, skilled nursing facilities and home health services.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology (Warren Wilson College, 1975), a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy (State University of New York, 1977), a Doctor of Physical Therapy (Boston University, 2005), and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

Jon was commissioned First Lieutenant in The United States Army Medical Specialist Corps in December, 2000, and promoted to Captain in 2003. He has been assigned to The Command Surgeon's Office in Coraopolis, PA and Walter Reed Army Medical Center Washington, DC. He completed a twelve-month tour at the U.S. Army Hospital in Kosovo.

Jon resides in Hampstead with his wife, Linda.
